Mainly based upon the effects of.the surrounding conditions (temperature, pH value and concentration of HCO3) of sea water on extraction of uranium by titanicgel, together with the calculations on the related thermodynamic equilibriums,it is considered that there exist the following eailibriums in the sea water.
