Abstract

Abstract

The effect of petroleum pollution on the Tilapia mossambhca was studied by analysing the changes of activities of serum glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(GOT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH).The study results show that:(1)The activities of serum GUT,ALP and LDH increase in petroleum treated Tilapia mossambica.(2) The threshold of effect of petroleum on serum enzymes is 0.05 mg/dm³.We think that it can diagnose the petroleum pollution by analysing the variances of activities of thoseenzymes.
