  • 摘要: 众所周知,风浪的增长、风暴潮及大气环流等重要海洋天气过程都与海气表面的动量交换密切相关[1].因此,在过去的20a中,人们日益关注如何更好地描述海气表面动量交换.一般来说,精确确定海气表面动量交换主要取决于:(1)合理地描述稳定度的依赖关系,(2)精确地确定海面空气动力精糙度.
