  • 摘要: 介绍贝类免疫学的历史,从贝类血细胞和免疫因子方面综述了贝类免疫研究的进展,阐述了贝类血细胞和体液因子的分类及功能.在贝类中没有免疫球蛋白,而血细胞的防御功能得到公认。贝类体内防御主要通过颗粒细胞的吞噬作用实现,其中包括水解酶类的消化作用和伴随吞噬的活性自由基杀伤作用及细胞毒作用。并分析了贝类免疫与高等动物和甲壳类的不同点及研究展望.
