Conversion of RAPD marker to SCAR marker in Porphyra line

摘要: 紫菜为我国重要的大型经济海藻,在开发利用紫菜种质资源的过程中,种质混杂问题,长期以来一直是困扰其应用的严重问题.分子标记技术,如RAPD技术、AFLP技术、SSR技术克服了传统的形态分类学方法的诸多缺点,已经广泛应用于农作物的种质资源鉴定中[1-5].但是在海藻种质鉴定中的应用刚刚起步[6].
