摘要: 本世纪60年代,Namias研究了北太平洋的海温变化[1]指出,北太平洋海温距平最大中心位于35°～45°N、155°E～175°W的广大洋区,因而该区被称为Namias区.同一时期,Bjerknes着重研究了赤道东太平洋海温的异常变化[2],发现了3～5a的低频振荡.
