中国对虾凝集素活力及弧菌的诱导动力学

摘要: 实验证明中国对虾血淋巴中存在凝集素。用未经处理的兔血球检测,在正常状态下,春季的亲虾和秋季体长为12～16cm的虾,凝集活力滴度均为32,且对人的A、B、O型红血球均有凝集反应,其反应滴度与兔血球相同。用弧菌诱导时,这种凝集反应的活力可以提高。注射弧菌24h后活力由32上升到128,48h后达到256的峰值,然后又逐渐下降。
