燃料油在紫贻贝体内的积累及其特征

摘要: 采用室内实验模拟的方式研究和讨论了紫贻贝软组织对10#船用柴油的积累及其特征。结果表明,在较低浓度含油海水中,石油烃在贻贝体内的积累量呈负指数增长形式,且在高浓度含油海水中较之在低浓度含油海水中其更容易达到积累平衡。贻贝体内石油烃积累量随海水中含油浓度升高和其个体增大而增加,且呈线性关系。海水中的石油烃经贻贝积累后,其荧光光谱显示,四、五环芳烃在其体内积累较少,而芳烃的色谱分析进一步证明了其对芳烃的积累有一定程度的选择性。贻贝对芳烃的积累明显高于脂肪烃;而在脂肪烃之间,对可分辨支链烃和不可分辨脂肪烃的积累则明显高于正构烷烃,但其对正构烷烃的积累无选择性。
