气相色谱法测定沉积物中的木质素

摘要: 河流和海洋沉积物样品在碱性条件下以氧化铜氧化后,用气相色谱分析氧化产物中的酚类化合物,并与木质素的酚类氧化产物进行比较和定量。对硝基苯和氧化铜作为氧化剂的实验结果进行了比较;试验了所生成的酚类化合物的毛细管柱气相色谱定量测定方法及方法的空白和重复性。
