福建沿岸(冬季)微型硅藻研究

摘要: 1992年冬季在福建三都湾、福清、海坛岛、莆田、湄州湾、厦门等地的采样中发现:所有采集点的微型硅藻的种数占鉴出种数的92%,都超过小型硅藻,证实了微型硅藻是整个硅藻群中一个宏大的微观世界。然而以往的硅藻研究却因光镜分辨率的限制看不清而遗漏了这个不可忽视的领域。本项研究共发现并鉴定了47种,其中4种为我国新记录,它们是:Hantzschia spectabilis,Navicula crucigera,Navicula spicula和Nitzschia af.rosensteckii.
