藻胆蛋白 与绿藻光合膜之间的激发能传递

摘要: 研究了藻胆蛋白与绿藻光合膜之间激发能传递的关系.发现只有在别藻蓝蛋白存在时,藻红蛋白或藻蓝蛋白才能将其所吸收的光能传递给一起温育的绿藻类囊体光系统Ⅱ.传能效率与藻胆蛋白的种类有关.藻胆蛋白只能将激发能传递给经SDS-PAGE纯化的LHCⅡ,但不能传递给D2蛋白.
