在线冷阱捕集氢化物法流液测定海水中砷和锑

摘要: 本文提出了一自动流液系统,在线液氮冷阱捕集氢化物、无焰原子吸收法测定海水中无机砷和锑对反应酸度、硼氢化钠用量、载气(高纯氮)流量等进行条件实验和最佳化选择,该法的检出限砷为0.15μg/l,锑为0.24μg/l在测定微克/升级海水样品时,砷和锑的变异系数分别为±4%和±10%一次测定消耗样品量分别为:砷9ml,锑12ml测定频率分别为:砷20个/小时,锑15个/小时.
