渤海原油对黄渤海浮游植物群落结构影响的围隔式实验

  • 摘要: 本实验共使用三个海上围隔实验生态系统,模拟海上溢油事故,测定了渤海原油对黄渤海浮游植物群落结构的影响.实验结果表明,在1和2毫米厚度溢油的影响下,浮游植物群落的优势种类发生了很大变化,即小型硅藻和鞭毛藻代替了大型硅藻.同时,浮游植物群落的种类多样性和总细胞数也受到一定的影响,其影响程度随溢油量的增多而增大.由于降解作用,水中油含量随时间而逐渐减少,在溢油入海后的第8天,水中油消失,第12天浮游植物群落结构也大体恢复正常.
